I do remember reading this and love it, though! And I read it again (and ironically, it started to really pour when I began to read...xD), because your writing is amazing and so full of emotional depth...

Green realizes, when he's much older and it's far too broken to fix, that it wasn't love, not back then when he had screwed everything up. At nine, he was still too young to know what love was.

But by now, he's been in love with Red for so long that it doesn't matter anymore.

There are so many good lines in here! ♥ And a lot of them were so heartbreaking. D: I feel awful for Green, but I'll take that ending as a happy one. Haha.
