Yeah, it was meant to be about Oak, but if you wanted to interpret it about Red too, that's okay? Canon says that Red actually got into Pokemon because of Green, so maybe neither of them are trainers in this verse? XD

Green has enough unrequited romantic angst, though! I guess a little more couldn't hurt.
